It's been a while...

It's been a while. A lot has been going on.
Since I'm not really in the condition to work out, I figured I would keep track of my calories and try and do really good there.
My daily calorie intake is 1400.
I've been doing really good, except for Monday, when I went over about 150. I also haven't had any soda since Sunday. I'm only having 1 glass of tea and I have cut out the amount of sugar. Jessie even noticed when she was over last night.

Not a good start...

Yesterday wasn't a good Monday...
I had way too much candy.
I didn't work out.
I didn't do all of my cleaning I wanted to.
It being rainy when I get off doesn't help my mood or motivation.
And Travis being home, already done with his stuff, not good.
So I'm going to TRY tonight.

Weight Loss!

I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I do know that I have gained some weight over the last few years. When I went to the doctor back on April 21, after I had been at work all day, it said 150. Granted, I had all my clothes on, and had been eating that day.
I'm in a size 10 pants, and my hips and butt are just too big.
I don't like being in a bathing suite because of it.
While I'm still young, I want to make it a goal to exercise almost every day. If I can do it now, then it'll stick with me the older I get.
I turn 25 in August, and I want to be proud of the body I have!
I'll start on Monday, and I'll be joining my friend Jessica!
