Not a good start...

Yesterday wasn't a good Monday...
I had way too much candy.
I didn't work out.
I didn't do all of my cleaning I wanted to.
It being rainy when I get off doesn't help my mood or motivation.
And Travis being home, already done with his stuff, not good.
So I'm going to TRY tonight.

I think I did pretty good.
I need to quit making so many dinners with noodles. But Travis isn't one to eat alot of veggies.
I got a new cook book from Jessie that's quick and easy low-fat recipes. So I'll start making so more healthy stuff from that.

I've been riding my bicycle everyday, but I can't seem to get past only 30 minutes.

Weight Loss!

I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I do know that I have gained some weight over the last few years. When I went to the doctor back on April 21, after I had been at work all day, it said 150. Granted, I had all my clothes on, and had been eating that day.
I'm in a size 10 pants, and my hips and butt are just too big.
I don't like being in a bathing suite because of it.
While I'm still young, I want to make it a goal to exercise almost every day. If I can do it now, then it'll stick with me the older I get.
I turn 25 in August, and I want to be proud of the body I have!
I'll start on Monday, and I'll be joining my friend Jessica!
